Review on Poolside Talent Marketplace by Rud Starks

The Poolside platform offers us a great way to connect with top talent looking for restaurant opportunities. We have been able to find amazing people who fit well within our team and are excited about working at our company. I would like to see more diversity in the roles that are posted, but all of our jobs are represented fairly well. I like how easy it is to reach out to potential employees and schedule interviews, as well as how they handle the background checks. We recently hired a chef intern and had her start immediately, but we did not use Poolside Talent Marketplace to help fill this position.
