This remote is much better than the one that comes with the original Nvidia Shield (2015). Voice control works flawlessly and the remote feels more responsive, perhaps because it doesn't use bluetooth. The only issue I've run into is that, sometimes, pressing the Enter or Back button enables the air mouse instead of doing what they're supposed to do. I'm not sure if this is just my unit or a more general problem. It doesn't happen too often and when it does I just press the real air mouse button to turn it off.
