Don't listen to other reviews. I bought this for myself because of my back and neck, it's not bulky and doesn't take up much space. I have a double bed and it doesn't even take up half the room. He's small, not like the others. The armrests are also small and the armrests are not adjustable. You need to attach the armrests. The box contains 3 parts, a cushion and two armrests. Very easy to assemble, I did it in less than 2 minutes. The heat massage feels really good and there is a button on the side to turn off the heat if you don't like it. Overall I would give it 4 stars because it doesn't look like another one that is more expensive. But on the other hand, the other one doesn't have a hot massage. I really enjoy it because it feels so good. It is easy to assemble, very handy and does not take up much space. I would say it takes up as much space as an airplane seat, let's say. I will definitely take it if you have back pain.
