Broken shampoo and conditioner pump
Pump not working with shampoo or conditioner. Luckily I had an empty conditioner bottle, but I squeeze (and waste) a lot of shampoo every time I use it. My hair is as soft as silk, but I'm not thrilled with how slippery the shower gets after rinsing. It smells fantastic though! Overall, I would not buy again because of defective pumps.
