Review on Symphonized Wraith 2.0 Bluetooth Wireless Headphones with Genuine Walnut Wood Finish, Includes 3.5mm Cable for Wired Use by Sonny Nevers

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Looks great but didn't last all year from Christmas to Christmas

I have mainly used them as wireless headphones for everyday listening without cable limitations. I first bought 2 pairs for my sons for Christmas 2017 and I really liked the solid build quality and the wood look. They sound great, they sit on my ear. There is some ear fatigue so I think they are really for the ears but it depends on the person. I figured they would be very durable so I ordered a pair for myself after Christmas and I've had them for almost 1 year in January. When using Bluetooth there is some instability in the connection when I have a cell phone in my left pocket and when I turn the heater to the right. I get mixed reviews from the person I speak to on the call. 1 call out of 5 the person on the line tells me they can't hear me. I can't tell if there is an improvement in using the wired mic during a call. Exactly 11 months after purchase, why is the power button so crumpled that it no longer has a spring and does not turn on? Headphones? If the button doesn't work, I can't use the headphones wirelessly. their main advantage. I accidentally mentioned this to one of my sons a few weeks ago when the button started sticking and he told me that all three buttons on his TV were stuck so he could only use his with the cable. Expect carefully crafted $100 earbuds to perform well for 10+ months. My son's buttons broke around 8 months. This is highly unacceptable and very disappointing. I constantly get compliments on her unique look and wish I could love her much longer, but now I have to tell the truth about this button issue. I don't know how long the warranty period is and if it's expired.
