I have no complaints. They are truly waterproof but do not absorb liquids. My baby has been spitting up lately and these ear plugs do the trick. Our Graco tote doubles as a changing table. It's a rectangle with rounded edges and they fit perfectly. They seem to fit a lot of different mattresses as they have elastic edges (?). They are soft and I just throw them in with the rest of my underwear. I didn't want to buy covers and a waterproof insert for a bassinet that I won't be using for a long time, so they were just perfect 💓
