Very disappointing not as described

Very disappointed, dissatisfied and very disappointed. What a waste of money. I can braid my hair but not my own so I thought it would be great. I was wrong! Good quality fragile braiding tools (two of them) broke when I took the tools out of my bag. Then, to add to the injury, one of them became tangled in my hair and burst, leaving the smaller of the fragments tangled in my hair. had to cut my hair to get the pieces. Don't waste your time or money.
