This replacement battery has a capacity of 2200 mAh instead of the original 1800 mAh battery, but is slightly longer than the original battery and the protrusions are simple flat pieces of soft Metal, not springy, beautifully shaped metal, you just can't save your Braun Triumph toothbrush with it. more due to the fact that it is a Ni-MH battery at the end of its life. You'll need a few tools, some basic soldering skills, and watch the video titled "Changing the Battery on a Braun Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9000 Series Electric Toothbrush" on this popular video site before disassembling the toothbrush, to insert the battery. The battery fits in a Triumph Professional 9000 toothbrush. Its diameter is exactly the same as the original but the length is slightly longer as I noted in the attached photo. It has a large capacity, so you can enjoy a longer working time. I've given it a few charge/discharge cycles now that it's in my toothbrush. Holds a charge. I haven't tested the rated capacity or discharge rate, but then again, there aren't any other options for this Braun toothbrush battery.
