First of all I'm new to golf so buying a practice mat was a must but taking the product with no reviews was a big risk but damn I'm glad I did. As advertised the mat is very good and definitely leaves a good track of the ball on the mat which helps me place the ball correctly. It comes with everything in the picture and the brush is a nice touch for smoothing out the mat. I've seen other rugs from my friends that were very cheap and flimsy and this was definitely a good buy and folds easily into a storage bag. I look forward to improving my golf and putting skills.
