It's good though. for storage and organization
We usually store freshly baked bread in a plastic bag. In fact, we bake fresh bread AT LEAST once a week, and that's where we usually store it. My wife and I have experimented with different materials and the simple zippered pouch was the best we found for retaining the right amount of moisture in the bag to keep it fresh but not moldy. We tried this bag with 3 different breads and got the same result, the bread set in the bag in about 2 days instead of 4 or 5. The package is ok, but there is a better option, even if it's not as eco-friendly.
