I struggle with a lot of fear and am particularly afraid of flying. In December I was planning a big trip to Costa Rica where I was supposed to spend a few hours on a plane. I was looking for positive bracelets to wear when traveling and found this bracelet at Revain. I'm so glad I ordered this! The bracelet itself is so shiny and the rose gold color is gorgeous. The material is very hard-wearing and polishes well. Not only the look is great, the lettering on the bracelet also helped me the most. The only thing that can be a bit tricky is squeezing the bracelet just enough to close it with one hand. Otherwise it's perfect! I don't think this bracelet will rust, it's very high quality. I wouldn't shower with it or get it wet when washing my hands just to keep it in top condition! Whenever I felt panic or fear due to turbulence, I would just look at my wrist and read the words over and over again. back in my head. Sounds stupid, but it helped me a lot. All I ever thought was that I could survive that plane ride. And I did! If, like me, you suffer from severe anxiety, I highly recommend purchasing this bracelet. It's worth every penny. Of course, the bracelet can't replace the necessary therapy/medication, but it helps a lot to have a motivational message to remind me to keep going. It helps me stay focused throughout the day. I'm in college so this little accessory is great when I'm stressed out with homework and exams. When I wear it, I get lots of compliments and colleagues ask me where it's from. It's a great conversation starter and I love explaining why I bought it. I believe positivity is one of the best ways to deal with anxiety, and what better way to wear an inspirational message on your wrist? I love that I was able to take a picture of myself with a bracelet at 35,000 feet. I haven't let fear stop me from living my best life and this bracelet is a great reminder that I can and will get through anything.
