I've had Jamkik for about a month and it started behaving (I thought the AUX cord was plugged in the whole time but it wasn't). So I call Jamkik and speak to Deborah Childs from customer service. She told me about the reboot and when that didn't work, she sent me a new device for free. I assumed it would be my "one time replacement" and my warranty fulfilled, but no. Deborah said her lifetime guarantee is forever. If my new machine breaks, just give them a call and they'll send me another one. My new unit arrived in three days and I'm back in business. In addition, the device sounds very good for a portable speaker. Good luck finding the best speaker with the best guarantee. And finally, there are VOLUME BUTTONS on the speaker.
