The price was great for the promise of high megapixel photography. We bought one for each of our children. However, on the first day of use, my two kids pulled off a tiny protrusion on the heavy, wedge-shaped cover that protects the port and SD card. Now there is no way to open the cover without pinching yourself and damaging the surrounding areas. The user interface is not intuitive. There is an interesting selection of frames, but this does not always correlate with the frame that is placed on the image when it is opened. the picture is ready. Can't turn date stamp on or off Why, uh, why is "card formatting" the first option in baby camera settings? Why, why isn't there a warning that all images and posts will be deleted if you select this option? The camera turns off when disconnected from the network, even if someone is actively using it (e.g. playing a game or recording a video). The microphone does not pick up sound properly, so all recordings are muted.
