My chair was sent without a cover on the left armrest (see photo). You can see the cap on the right, but the left is open. I couldn't find a way to contact the seller so I don't know if I can get this part. Assembly was otherwise fairly easy, but washers could be used for some of the screws as the screw head was too small for the hole. Also, the lumbar support has two handles that are designed to raise and lower the support. I didn't understand how this mechanism worked, so I pushed these handles forward and they broke immediately. Not a big loss as you can adjust the lumbar support without these knobs. Finally, don't even try to cover the screws that secure the armrests with dowels. They don't fit well and break easily if you try too hard. You won't need them anyway.
