Review on Ventilated Cat Backpack Carrier with Safety Straps for Travel, Hiking, and Outdoor Use - Black by Dan Unruh

Revainrating 4 out of 5

There are some flaws, but overall I liked it! Better than hard plastic cat backpacks

We've used it probably about a dozen times since we bought it 4 months ago and so far it's holding up well. It is comfortable to wear both front and back. There is a valve at the bottom on the back that serves as a cushion. Adequate ventilation for our cat. Two side pockets are very convenient for storing treats and other things. Our cat is small and light (7 pounds) so it is not a burden to carry around. However, I let her lie on her back so her back doesn't arch as her back doesn't feel strong. You can tell it will bend/fold if not handled with care. I also don't like the bottom with the zipper - the zipper looks flimsy and could tear at any moment. The reason why we often wear it as a front pack. I'm considering sewing the bottom. But overall I like it better than arched cat backpacks. It seems to stay cooler and more comfortable inside (compared to hard plastic backpacks) and we have enough cover for our cat to hide when she wants to.
