I don't know why they are rated so highly. Pampers for very sensitive skin with additional water content, without fragrances (healthier than these ones here), contain more moisture and keep baby droppings away from the intimate area and buttocks much better. My 14 month old daughter likes the other look more (if she has sensitive skin) than this one. I always have a lot of trouble cleaning her buttocks with them - they don't have enough moisture to grab things or wipe her buttocks and ass clean. They are big but don't work well and aren't that good for sensitive buttocks. I would not recommend them and will not buy or use them again.
