Pampers for very sensitive skin with additional water content, without fragrances (healthier than these ones here), contain more moisture and keep baby droppings away from the intimate area and buttocks much better. I really like these napkins! The scent is amazing, so fresh yet calming (if that makes sense). I feel they are much softer than any other wipes I have ever used. I liked that these wipes don't sting or irritate already inflamed skin. They are very soft and the perfect thickness. I use them for several jobs. First, I use them to change diapers for premature babies with sensitive skin. They do an excellent job cleaning up even the dirtiest poop, and 95% of the time it only takes one wipe. Then I use them for my 5 year old granddaughter at bedtime. She has eczema, lots of soaps irritate her skin and most baby wipes make her cry because she says they sting.
