My storage box arrived a little askew. I had to use some force to get it the first time but with the heat in the car on a hot day it was fixed. There is a place under the coin holder where you can put your finger in and pull out the organizer. I found I didn't take it out often as everything I need on a daily basis fits in the organizer compartment. The only thing I would change is the coin compartments and not the coin compartments. Coins are not properly seated and rattle while driving. An angled coin slot that places coins at a 45 degree angle or spring loaded coin slots would be more useful. The cup on the back of the console was for a different Jeep model, not my 2018. The flex is too extreme for a console wall and there are vents and power ports where the cup has to fit. All in all a nice addition to have in a jeep.
