Just finished my first container of this and I'm not a huge pre-workout junkie or anything but compared to the last one I bought it's great . I have a high caffeine tolerance, so 250(?) mg of caffeine was perfect for me. I work 10 hour days and get up at 3am so I wanted to make something quicker than coffee so I could stay up all day. I know that pre-workout requires a lot of immediate energy, but this stuff keeps me up at night, even though I occasionally take it early in the morning. A noticeable energy boost can be felt about 30 minutes after drinking alcohol, but after that there is no longer a sharp drop in energy. I never felt tingly or itchy, but when I wasn't moving I was very hot and sweaty. The taste isn't bad for being sugar free, it has a fairly noticeable artificial sweetener taste which I didn't like but it's tolerable. It's pretty sweet when mixed with 8 ounces of water, so I usually mix it with a whole bottle of water to dilute it. It's difficult to find info on the amount of caffeine or sugar content, but if I remember correctly I read in a Q&A that it has 250mg of caffeine and is suitable for keto or sugar-free. For comparison: a cup of regular coffee contains 100 mg of caffeine, so it has a strong effect. I know there have been complaints about the pouch holding moisture, but take this pouch and see what happens. Trust me he has to be there for him to stay powder and it's not like they're taking out the product to replace his. 30 servings left with the pack. Finally shine. My favorite place. The gloss is super cool, I haven't seen another one before training, love showing it off before drinking. It's very shiny and even comes out when I mix it with cranberry juice (not very sweet and not very tasty lol).
