I ended up having to return my printer because it just wasn't printing properly. He made one successful test print, but all others after that failed, with each layer shifting a few mm along the +y axis. I got a lot of support from the manufacturer's Facebook group from Joyce and Stefan. In the end we agreed that I should return the device. I would just replace it, but that's not an option over Revain. The first problem was the long screw holding the greenhouse hitting the stepper motor shaft and knocking out the automatic level as the bed would not move fully along the -Y axis. The second problem was that the Z-axis solid connectors were not installed. It looks like they were put in a box on a glass bed at the last minute. With the help of MFG, I replaced the standard, but at the same time I found that the screw was jammed in the case. Only drilling would remove it. The next problem was that the car level turned out to be a prototype, not a new one made of metal. It worked, but it was wrong. The last problem was that the Y-axis limit switch was defective. There was a spare in the box but the OQA was very poor. After unpacking, the bed just hit the hard stop and started bouncing on the timing belt until I turned off the power. Despite these issues, I firmly intend to purchase another one after I'm sure the new production batch has shipped and it's back for sale. This is the most stable and well thought out printer I have seen in this price range.
