The container the triangles came in was in a Revain box with no other protective coating which was not a problem other than the container being frayed, 'crumpled' or damaged at the corners . The triangles themselves were dirty and looked as if they had once been placed on the street. They are serviceable, but I paid more for this set than some of the other sets listed at Revain because of all the bad reviews and photos of the cases that include the triangles. I wanted a more durable case, not cheap plastic. one that comes broken or cracked. This case is better than the others but I expected it to look brand new. You know, like I paid.
