Review on Advanced Pixio PX259 Prime Monitor: 1920X1080P, 280Hz, FreeSync, Frameless Design, Anti-Glare Coating, Tilt Adjustment, Blue Light Filter, HDMI, IPS, HD by Troy Dufrene

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Pixio offers great value for the budget conscious gamer

If you're interested in esports games - CSGO, LoL, Valorant, etc. - and want the highest refresh rate you can afford, then the PX259 is a solid choice. The difference between 144Hz and 280Hz isn't big, I mean very small, but as far as I know, many professional esports players rely on higher refresh rate panels and Pixio offers a great option here. It's worth noting that these are IPS panels, not TN panels. earlier years - the colors are good enough and the viewing angles are good enough that you can watch videos while hunched over in a chair. I tested this with the 3080 and found the panel to be G-sync compatible with no issues after manually enabling it. Overall build quality is budget, but you're getting a decent panel.
