Review on 🐓 Chicken and Brown Rice Life Protection Formula: Blue Buffalo's Natural Senior Dry Dog Food by Donnie Hickok

first i want to say that this product was delivered on time and was delivered to my satisfaction. I recently decided to "upgrade" my dog food to Blue Buffalo as I believe it is the gold standard in dog food. I have 3 small dogs and I used up half of my second 30lb bag and had to throw away the last half because my dogs got sick from it. A 30 pound bag lasts me about a month if all 3 dogs eat. There are 3 reasons that lead me to believe this disease was caused by this dog food. 1. About 2 months ago one of my bitches started getting sick and throwing up, I didn't pay much attention to it at first as I thought she was just eating something that didn't go with it, but when I think about it the schedule, it started. happened around the same time I was changing the food. 2. Two out of three of my dogs have very large appetites, and even after taking Blue Buffalo for a month, none of my dogs had the same appetite. I understand it may take a little while for them to get used to the food but I think a month should be enough. One dog wouldn't even go near the food and many times I could come back after feeding her breakfast or dinner to find all three bowls still had food - which is not normal for my dogs! And finally number 3. I accidentally fed her dinner twice yesterday and only realized it after I fed her. Since I thought everything would be fine and they were all just lucky, I thought nothing of it. When I woke up this morning I was literally throwing up with diarrhea all over the house. I'm sure more than one dog got sick from the vomit and faeces, but I'm not sure if all of them are sick. I was with them all day so I know they didn't interfere with anything else. If feeding a dog an extra portion of dog food causes serious stomach problems, I don't feel comfortable feeding this brand of dog food to my kids. Anyway, I started researching and I'm very glad I found this site. I will also be reporting Blue Buffalo because I'm not sure if it's just a product in general or if I've received a bad batch that should be recalled. I hate to write a bad review but I'm concerned about the quality of this food.
