Cute but runs small

I weigh 121 lbs and am 5' 6". I always buy pjs in a size medium but these were way too small. My fault for not noticing they were made in China. I am reordering a size large as they are cute and comfortable. Quite a few loose threads though so I can't say they are good quality. But the price was low and I like the fact that you can answer the door in them as don't exactly look like typical pj's.
