I have a small 4 pound Schnau Tzu named Kali. Based on the description, this transport box worked great for us until I received the package. This is a complete and total disappointment being returned for the following reasons: 1. It is absolutely irreversible2. The collar clip is not adjustable and must be attached to the clasp along with the pet collar.3. There is mesh and a belt that runs the full length of the opening. It is designed to help protect your pet and allow you to open their head. It makes no sense and pet paws can easily get tangled in it.4. The pocket is big enough to hold a cell phone, keys, treats and the like, but it's in a bad place as the contents are in the pet area lining, which can be uncomfortable for the pet and (in my experience) misdirected for chew toys.5. He's not durable at all. You could put your pet in any cloth bag or backpack with the same success. In general, this is not at all what was presented in the description. I do not recommend this product for puppies or small dogs; possibly cats and other pets.
