3 hooks and 3 clips are attached to a lightweight aluminum frame and attach to the wall/door with 3 screws. (3 screws and 3 drywall anchors). The clips and hooks can be moved back and forth independently and even removed, so you can order them as you like. The product arrived quickly. I've installed items like this in my homes, garages, and sheds for years, so I've seen everything from sturdy, thick metal devices with great mechanics for hanging heavy outdoor tools, to flimsy plastic devices with flimsy mechanics that look like they're about to pop , if needed. This item is better than cheap plastic but far from heavy tooling. The price should give that away. You can confidently use the 3 clamping devices for ultra-light objects, but not for something heavy. The clamping mechanism looks/sounds like it's about to burst when heavier items are attached. Maybe a rag, small dust pan, etc. Light plastic broom weights. My sweater and sponge mop will fall out of the pliers if touched lightly after "fixing" them. The product is a little tight, so assume you might hit hanging objects while trying to reset the tool. The frame also has built in hooks which are great for hanging my faster mop, sponge and drymop as the frame is bolted on. with 3 medium sized bolts that can more than support that weight. As for hooks, take a look at your cleaning tools to see if they are designed to hang from hooks or not. Do they have a real hole at the end of the handle or a hole + ring? Mounting to the back of a closet door gives you more weight support than drywall, so again, if you have the opportunity, think carefully about what tools you're going to be hanging. Take a small spirit level, a small drill, a Phillips screwdriver and a cordless drill. You don't have to use a drill, but it speeds up the work and takes the strain off your hands. Mounted and leveled in 4 minutes.
