I was very nervous when I bought my hair online but I'm glad I did it. The color was exactly like in the picture. The hair didn't smell or smell like plastic and I was able to easily pull it out on my own without getting tangled. My esthetician commented that the hair seemed easier to manage than usual and after the finish found that the hair didn't seal like most brands do in hot water. The gentle flames acted as extra insurance to keep the braids from unraveling (which NEVER happened 😊). While there is more synthetic plastic in the hair than other brands which made the braids stiffer than I'm used to, my style was otherwise absolutely beautiful! I give 4 stars because of the rigidity and the poor quality of the seal.
