Well I LOVE this collar. . So much so that when I bought the first thing my cat fell off within 20 minutes of opening the package and putting it on her. I was devastated and confused as I was very particular about how I put it on (since it was my first time I had no idea it would be my last). So I immediately ordered another one because I had a custom label. made for my cat which cost $30 which is a HUGE fail for me especially for the cat brand but I had this "vision" and the two together looked like they were made just for her. When the second one arrived I tested it by putting my hand on and off to make sure we didn't have the same issue. Puppy I don't know, BOOM, in an hour the collar and custom tag will be gone again, they're still nowhere to be found. So my cat still doesn't have a collar or name tag and I lost $40 without having enough photos to show him as both broke before I could take any photos. I WANT them not to be so useless because they were so cute.
