Beautiful patterns and a company dedicated to pay-forward initiatives - just what you would expect from an Austin company! Sure, you can get a leash or collar for a little less elsewhere, but I'm happy to pay a small premium to support businesses that do good (and it was the cutest item I've ever found!). The card that comes with their products states that they have a rescue affiliate program and hire adults with disabilities to package their products.
