I ordered the wrong size and yes it was my fault. When I make this mistake I always get upset and do nothing about it and end up wasting my money. But this time I used the guarantee. Although I knew (or thought) no one would respond to my query. So the item arrived and when I went to fit it I was annoyed that I had ordered the wrong size! and in the bag was a note that said "Replace free if these 3 occur: damaged in transit, incorrectly installed, or wrong item." A few hours later they emailed me back! Levy was very accommodating and it was the best customer service I have ever had. He even mentioned some installation tips that weren't in the instructions. He said to install it in the bathroom after showering, there the dust would not fly around so much and the installation would be cleaner. But I wanted to make a video, so I installed it on my desk. After 4 days I received a new screen protector of the right size. I emailed Levi (yes he's a real person, no auto email reply) to say I get it. and he even asked if i had any problems, just let him know. The product was paper as advertised. If you watch the video it was sooo easy to apply. There was no glare and it was so easy to control my hand as my stylus stopped sliding across the screen. My apple pencil is old and there is already a bit of metal sticking out so I have to be careful and it makes a bit of a scratching noise, but it's my pencil, not film. (I need to replace the pen) Overall AMAZING customer service, great product, if you have any issues just email them, they will respond quickly and replace it with a new one.
