Sent used, does not work.

I thought for almost $50 I could get a functional part. Especially a new product. Instead they sent me a used item. Evidence that someone tried to remove the plastic around the charging ports, dirt and grime under the protective cover of the solar panel area. Damage to the zipper. This is a beautiful and lightweight item. But I can't believe they sent me a used one. Likewise. That does not work. It lights up to indicate you're getting enough light, but. Are you trying to charge your iPad? nope I am sorry. iPad doesn't register this accessory, so it won't charge. Are you trying to connect your iPod? nope It will not charge. Are you trying to plug in rechargeable small walkie-talkies? nope Does not load. Are you trying to charge your flashlight? nope Does not load. Absolutely nothing I plugged into any port would be billed by this thing. Bright light. direct sun. An indicator that you are getting enough sun. So he's either just not going to handle what he's bringing to power. Or whatever it says it will be calculated decides no we can't calculate that. The return is due to the fact that it appears to have only been repackaged in a new box and sent after not having previously sent it back. And the fact that I can't tell if it works or not because it doesn't cost anything at all. A Verizon flip phone I bought for $12? nope Can't charge. Old iPhone? No, you cannot charge. Old LG slider? No, you cannot charge. So this thing either doesn't work, or I mean absolutely nothing I have that can be recharged can be recharged by this thin one, so what's the point of that?

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
