Good price: transfer paper
I use it to transfer a design to a dark soapstone for carving. This paper works well and leaves a light, waxy white line. It probably won't rub off clean and you may have to use gouache, mineral spirits, alcohol, or some other solvent to remove the blemishes. My only complaint, like others, is that the shipping method dented the whole thing; However, wrinkles do not seem to affect the translations.
