This used Sony Handycam has been listed as "almost new". When I received it, there were several serious problems with it. The image was divided horizontally into six parts, so it was impossible to get a complete picture. The audio cut out, making it impossible to understand what was being said. The video camera light did not work. Besides, it was great. I immediately called Revain and sent it back to the seller. The camcorder was in poor condition and in need of repair. I got my money back as a refund. My broken Sony camcorder was in great shape. So I sent it to a Sony repair center in Laredo, Texas and they fixed it.
