The connector pins may not be the right size, whether they are the same design for the factory or not.
Poorly made product. The first time they sent me his bulbs even though the product said x13 for a jeep. it is good that this is happening. However, the second set looked promising with the same connectors. there were h13 lamps. However, the pins used inside were too big. same design, just wider metal. so couldn't connect them securely and when you tried it started damaging the purple plastic around the female side. Bad design features. get what you pay for.
