I've seen my favorite quilt shop use these wonderful rulers so I had high expectations. The first two days of haircuts (about 20 cuts) were amazing. I put it aside for vacation and later family health problems, then started using it last month. He kept jamming and shredding the fabric! I took it to the same shop where they checked that the blade was installed correctly - it stood and didn't dull. I just pulled it back out and tried to cut it today. Not only did he rip the edge of the fabric, he taped the fabric under his bike. Now I have a completely useless paperweight because it's too late to return it. Attention - practice well during the return period. UPDATE: Just called the manufacturer and they will replace it. Bravo to Havel for what Revane wouldn't have done! I will update this when I get a new one.
