Review on Enhance Comfort with the LUCID 3 🌿 Inch Bamboo Charcoal Memory Foam Mattress Topper - Queen by Alton Walton

The 4 inch foam topper I bought lost all firmness after only 3 months of ownership. My husband is only 200 pounds and I am 115 pounds. When my husband goes to bed, the foam flattens out completely and I remain prone. Absolutely most uncomfortable 4 inch topper I've ever bought. The last 4 inch topper we bought was a spa sensation and lasted about 5 years until it finally lost its firmness on my husband's side of the bed and even then it didn't hurt my side. I thought this memory foam topper could be better because it's a bit more expensive, and not only was I wrong, but now I'm "literally" paying for it because I have to buy a new topper. This just doesn't work for me. Save your money and look elsewhere. I wish I could give it a negative star. Thats so bad! **Updated 5/26/18 - After leaving my review, Lucid emailed me to let me know that they want all of their customers to be 100% satisfied and receive a 100% refund. from the purchase price. I am totally blown away by this outstanding customer service and a company that stands behind their products 100%. Bravo Lucid, you just got a customer for life, I also bought a 3" topper for my son, at the same time I bought a 4" and it has held up with no problems and no complaints.
