I bought this pad but it doesn't fully unfold. Half of it is elongated and flat as it should be. The other half is just as flat and crumpled as when you unpacked it. It lies on the floor of an unused room for about 3.5 days and doesn't seem to stretch. UPDATE: I applied for an exchange. When I first bought it I paid an extra $50 for one day shipping which resulted in me getting one that didn't work properly. Instead they sent me a new one with 2 days delivery time! Pretty gross in my opinion.

I bought this because the top of my current memory foam mattress had sagged over time and I was hoping it would give some support and keep me from sleeping in a hole . Unfortunately he didn't. Still, it's very comfortable and I've now rotated my mattress to get out of the hole. If that still doesn't work, I plan on flipping the mattress. Update: Customer service was great. I found out that the product has a 3 year guarantee and contacted them. They agreed to replace it with no problems and have already sent me a new product. Time will tell if it's durable or not. This also has the same guarantee, but on closer reading it appears that some sag issues are limited. It makes me nervous, but we'll see how it goes.
