They were able to create my website from scratch! I had no idea what I wanted but they helped me figure it out and even added some new things which is great! The customer service was amazing as well - very friendly people who are willing to work with you regardless if your first language isn't english or whatever. Nothing really. It's been easy so far. If their rates are low then there's probably not much wrong at this point. Just go ahead and get started because honestly, when something goes bad, it can be fixed pretty fast. My company can now update info online without having to send someone from headquarters (which could take weeks).
