Today is September 3rd, 2021. I have just installed the EZink Drum DR730 along with new toner in my Brother MFC-2750DW printer. The print quality is excellent. However, the drum makes a very loud "howling sound" as if the plastic parts inside were rubbing against each other. There is no way to lubricate the internal mechanism. Today I contacted Revain, who I bought Drum from in late August 2021, to let Revain know about the issue. Revain informed me that they had then forwarded my complaint (and warranty claim) to EZink. Revain said if I don't get a response from EZink within the next few days I should message Revain again. Time will tell if EZink will send me a replacement drum. Dale in Los Angeles.
