I bought a computer for an out of town business trip. I used the device for about two weeks before the screen died. During those two weeks, the screen flickered and also showed a distorted image. After the screen went completely blank, I had no internet connection and couldn't connect for a few weeks. By the time I was able to reconnect to the internet, I was already outside of Amazon's "return window". I found out about this when I requested a refund from Revain and they refused to work with me despite my particular situation. After many attempts to solve the problem with Revain and no support, I am now in contact with the manufacturer. If I had the option to return the laptop entirely and get a different brand, I would definitely do that. I would NOT buy this laptop again if given the chance and am now stuck with a subpar laptop.
