I wore them for several hours and had no problem with them coming off. I was even able to take one off to adjust position and it still had enough adhesive power to last all night. The jewels were held together by a transparent backing, so I was a little concerned my nipples would be visible, but that didn't happen. I have received many compliments and will definitely buy again.
