My son loves his sleep. It doesn't look like a normal yo-yo. It is designed to perform tricks and maneuvers. You have to "loop" the rope a certain way to "tie" the yo-yo to make it come back. We are very happy with this yo-yo.

So far I'm really liking this particular yo-yo. With other yo-yos, I've had trouble with company. They have terrible customer service. But so far this yo-yo has been very good. Hopefully it stays that way as you won't get any help from customer service if something goes wrong.

If he doesn't answer then he doesn't answer. It has silicone pads and will work if you pick it up. Cool cheap yo-yo to get me back to the hobby I loved as a kid. Doesn't sleep as long as some of the more expensive yo-yos, however. It's cheap and a great start for beginners looking to master unresponsive yo-yos.

Please Note: An unresponsive yo-yo means it will not return to your hand. It just twists at the end of the rope. This is good for those who pour milk before cereal or those who like the crust of bread in the middle. Or just enjoy spinning on a rope. Personal note: I regret the purchase, I have NEVER heard of anything like this. Bad buy, I should have researched more.

I'm giving this four stars because it probably won't spin as long as a higher quality yoyo, which is fine. Many people do not read the description or reviews of this product, or are unfamiliar with the term unresponsive yo-yo. I got the binding working but it doesn't work right away. Other people here say it works fine for them, so I'll keep working on it.

My son loves it. This is his new favorite yo-yo. He plays with it for hours every day. He likes to take it with him everywhere. If you're pretty good with a basic yo-yo but can't pull off some tricks because it won't spin long enough, try this. With my son's old Merlin yo-yo, which was still pretty good, he was able to do about 7-8 tricks. That way he can last longer. At least twice as much as the old one, once if not three times. And heck, it's pretty cheap, so it's a reasonable upgrade.

This is a decent quality yo-yo at a very reasonable price. It's a bit smaller than the first Magic Yoyo (M001) I bought and seems to fit my hand better. It seems that many people who post negative reviews don't know the difference between a responsive and an unresponsive yo-yo. The reacting one will come back with a slight pull on the rope, the non-reacting one won't (You have to use a 'trick' known as pegs to wrap the rope around ;) Very pleased with the look and quality of this Yoyo line.…

I'd like to start by saying I'm a yo-yo hobbyist at best so it can't be the product but the bearings are pretty loud to me at least they seem to be. Even after greasing, they still made quite a bit of noise. That's not to say it's a bad yo-yo, it helped me learn how to tie an unresponsive yo-yo and it still works pretty well.
