I like this kind of headset. I've been using it for many years. My original eventually fell apart after 5 years and my replacement was fine until I lost it. Then I started having problems. The next order came in DOA. There was no documentation to search online at all to find cleaning instructions. After I connected there was no volume. The people I called could hear me, but at full volume I could barely tell someone was on the other end of the line. Not even the announcement of 3 hours talk time can be heard. Sent it back for a replacement. The new one didn't come until after I left town, and it wasn't until April 17th that I got a replacement. A pair no problem and yes I hear all the announcements. When I call, they sound loud and clear. The problem is they can't hear me. The microphone seems to be dead. I made several calls and they all reported the same problem. This is totally inappropriate. So the last two are DOA. Maybe on a third order I'll get one that works?
