The tool allows us quickly create our own profiles from scratch or with existing data that we have collected ourselves elsewhere so as not having wasted time filling in pre-existing templates (or worse - copying/pasting what's already there).The reporting part of this software can be improved but I don't mind it much since you get used very fast how your reports look like once they're generated for one profile only! Our main use case are client profiling which helps provide more accurate project estimates than just "this person has done such &such". We also realized quick insights about clients' expectations and current state when comparing two similar customers who were previously unknown each other until now.
