Saved my neck for a month long trip
I took this on a trip to Costa Rica where I was backpacking for a month. I failed my cervical spine surgery and table with severe neck pain. We stayed in hostels which can be random. I almost always used this pillow. It was supportive and now I will share this campsite. I haven't had any neck problems with it (well, a lot less than usual and definitely less than free nights when I'm not using it). It's smaller than a regular pillow, but that's the way it should be. It was still big enough for my little girls head (I don't have a very big head).
