3 stars because the seller is very responsive and helpful. Honestly? 1 star for the device. I get it you need to hack it - I've done this before with all my Leathermans while watching the movie or playing around with it. However, I noticed a blatant design flaw when I drove it in. If you blocked the awl for use, the end of the pliers on that side will get stuck under the other tools when you close the tool. See my photos. Once the pliers get stuck there, working it off takes a lot of effort. Dangerous even because the awl is pretty sharp. I was also thinking of returning it because the handles are 4mm out of alignment when closed. However, the pliers issue is too much of a compromise that I don't want to make. In just one day I had to "unpack" the pliers from there many times. For Leatherman devotees (including myself), skip this tool.
