These insect screens are very well made and should last the life of the trailer. However, I have a problem with landing. I noticed that they may have to be shortened to fit when buying. I had to trim about 1/4" from one end to fit my application. I used very large metal snips to cut the wire mesh but they just couldn't cut through the strip of metal around the edge. This required use a grinder to cut it off. Also, each end of the net is rounded as you can see in the picture. However, my application has square ends, so due to the rounded end there was a gap big enough for the bugs to crawl in. I had to glue a piece of plastic filler in the gap. Wouldn't it be better to have a square end on the screen and trim it as needed rather than rounding off the ends? I don't think there are different RV fridge manufacturers on the market, therefore it should not be a problem to build a refrigerator suitable for many, in addition, two bindings per screen is not enough, I have noc h added a few. Ties are cheap when bought in bulk. Could you add a few more to get the job done right?
