Perfect for the daily rain emergency!
Bought for my daughter, she liked it very much! The fabric is softer and more breathable than expected, and feels more like fabric than plastic. The sleeves are a reasonable length, the cuffs are gathered but not too tight. To wear it over a bulky item like a hoodie I would suggest going up a size. I wouldn't rely on this jacket to stay dry in a hurricane, but for good protection from unexpected rain in a compact, easy-to-carry size, it's perfect. Overall the quality exceeded my expectations for the price.
