This bag was AMAZING until it stopped. I used this bag several times a week with my laptop, wallet and pens. As you can see from the photos, the front pocket (which only held about 10 pens and my wallet) was torn to shreds. If I had overloaded it, thrown it, or handled it roughly, I would have understood. But this bag had NO action that could explain this level of destruction. I wish it could last because otherwise this bag was the perfect size.
