This is a really solid extension with a good 14 gauge cable. The light on the switch is bright enough to tell the strip is on and will automatically cut power if overloaded, which is good. The two problems I have are: 1. This is a traditional brick with a linear array of sockets. Today's power plugs come in all sorts of sizes and dimensions; It would be better to have a layout that allows for more than a few differently shaped forks. 2. No hardware for floor or wall mounting. However, there are no other issues and the mounts work great.
